Role Overview: Customer Service Representative at Msmetics
Msmetics is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for Msmetics and Outlash, managing customer interactions across social media platforms and responding to incoming phone inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, professional, and accurate assistance while building positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Communication:
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on all social media platforms.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.

Product and Service Knowledge:
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate information about Msmetics' and Outlash's products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with product offerings, updates, and changes to ensure consistent messaging.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by providing clear solutions and offering additional resources when needed.
- Escalate complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further handling.
