We are currently seeking passionate and driven Interns to join our vibrant team. This role offers the chance to work across key departments, including Legal, A&R, Administration, and Creative, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the music industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating record production.
- Work closely with artists, mixing/mastering engineers, and studio managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
2. Project Management:
- Provide administrative support to ensure timely execution of artist projects.
- Maintain schedules and streamline processes to meet deadlines.
3. Research and Scouting:
- Compile detailed, bi-weekly A&R research reports.
- Conduct scouting projects to identify emerging talent.
- Monitor and analyze local and international music charts for trends and insights.
4. Team Support:
- Assist in planning and managing artist camps.
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and analysis activities to enhance team performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- A university degree in Communications, Law, Finance, or any Creative discipline.
Skills & Interests:
- A deep passion for music, entertainment, and the creative industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and tools.
- A basic understanding of the music industry, with a keen desire to learn more.
Attributes:
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A team player with a creative mindset and effective communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity.
- Open to sharing innovative ideas and flexible with non-traditional work hours, including occasional travel.
