Job Responsibilities of the Content Creative at 54 Collective
As a Content Creative at 54 Collective, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s creative initiatives and ensuring our brand effectively engages with our audience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Content Strategy Development
- Developing and implementing long-term campaigns, including ambassador programs and top-voice initiatives, that align with our company goals and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create content strategies that amplify the impact of our brand and align with our mission of empowering African entrepreneurship.
2. Content Creation and Editing
- Producing engaging, high-quality content such as carousels, infographics, short-form videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Writing compelling scripts and editing visual materials to deliver cohesive and professional content.
- Ensuring that all content reflects our brand’s voice, values, and impact-driven mission.
3. Analysis, Tracking, and Optimization
- Analyzing the performance of content through key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Using data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in content performance and audience impact.
4. Trend Monitoring
- Keeping a pulse on emerging social media trends, audience behaviors, and industry best practices.
- Integrating innovative ideas and current trends into content development to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
5. Community Management
- Building and nurturing a loyal community by engaging directly with the audience across platforms.

Job Requirements for the Content Creative at 54 Collective
We’re looking for a driven and innovative professional who can transform ideas into impactful content while embracing 54 Collective’s mission of revolutionizing venture capital in Africa. Ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications and possess these attributes:
Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Experience
- 3–5 years of experience creating B2C content and executing successful campaigns, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in developing innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and achieve measurable results.
Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional creative skills with the ability to generate unique and effective ideas.
