Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and is committed to delivering high-quality service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Act as a product expert by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of PalmPay’s services to offer accurate and strategic information to users.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and work proactively to provide effective solutions.
- Record all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for internal tracking and cross-team collaboration.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive brand experience in every customer interaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Two to three years of proven experience in customer support, client relations, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and going the extra mile to delight users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions that align with customer needs and company policies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial services, and smartphone applications.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (wpm).
