Role Overview: Content Editor at Kuda Bank
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of all content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with writers, designers, and stakeholders to develop engaging content that aligns with Kuda’s brand voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
- Edit and proofread a variety of content, including blog posts, social media copy, email campaigns, website text, press releases, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive user engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with product and growth teams to craft compelling narratives around Kuda’s offerings.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain the highest standards of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
- Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and free of factual errors.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work alongside copywriters, designers, and product teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators and offer guidance on improving their writing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates) and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular content audits to ensure outdated or underperforming content is optimized or replaced.
Requirements for the Content Editor Role at Kuda Bank
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content editing, content strategy, or writing (preferably within fintech, digital banking, or tech industries).
