Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to new users via phone and email to drive premium conversions.

Conduct product demos and training to showcase Bumpa’s features.

Guide merchants in setting up their accounts for optimal use.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and technical support.

Track merchant progress and provide regular reports on onboarding trends.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience (entry-level role).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for helping businesses succeed.

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
