About the GLOW Global Cohort

Organized by Women Empowering Nations (WEN), the GLOW Global Cohort is a transformative three-month virtual leadership development program designed for young women ages 17-23. This immersive experience equips participants with the skills, mentorship, and global exposure needed to become future social impact leaders and executives.

The program covers a range of critical topics, including:

• Culture and Identity – Understanding the role of identity in leadership and social change.
• Public Speaking & Storytelling – Building confidence in communication and advocacy.
• Personal & Professional Branding – Crafting a strong leadership presence.
• Executive Leadership Training – Gaining insights from top industry leaders.
• Social Justice & Advocacy – Driving change through activism and service.
• Mental Well-being & Values-Based Leadership – Leading with purpose and resilience.

The program concludes with a Global Giveback Day, where all GLOW members execute service projects in their local communities, creating a ripple effect of change worldwide. This hands-on experience allows participants to put their leadership skills into action, contributing to causes they care about.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be between the ages of 17-23
• Be from any location worldwide (no restrictions based on country or region)
• Be passionate about leadership, social impact, and community service

Program Dates & Commitment

The GLOW Global Cohort 2025 is a three-month virtual experience that includes interactive sessions, mentorship, and community-building activities. Key dates include:

• June 14, 2025
• June 28, 2025
• July 12, 2025
• July 26, 2025
• Global Giveback Day: August 9, 2025

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in discussions, mentorship, and community impact projects.
