Eligibility Criteria:
1. Nationality and Health:
Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health.
2. Educational Background and Age Requirements:
Undergraduate Applicants: High school graduates under 30 years old.
Master’s Applicants: Bachelor’s degree holders under 35 years old.
Doctoral Applicants: Master’s degree holders under 40 years old.
Advanced Studies Applicants: Undergraduate degree holders or students in their second university year, under 50 years old.
Language Study Applicants: High school graduates under 60 years old.
Visiting Scholars: Master’s degree holders or associate professors, under 50 years old.
3. Language Proficiency:

4. Exclusion for Other Scholarship Recipients:
